What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process new referrals by verifying patient eligibility and coordinating benefits
- Document all patient insurance coverage details, including coinsurance and deductibles
- Calculate estimated patient financial responsibilities based on benefit verification
- Initiate and secure prior authorization and necessary clinical documentation
- Communicate with patients and referral sources regarding referral statuses and coverage updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home infusion specialty pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CPR+ software
- Previous experience with patient enrollment in copay assistance programs
