What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process new referrals by verifying patient eligibility and coordinating benefits
- Document coverage details related to medications and related infusion services
- Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility based on insurance benefits
- Secure prior authorization and communicate with patients and referral sources
- Generate new patient start of care paperwork and assist with financial assistance programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home infusion acute pharmacy or medical intake/reimbursement
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet productivity expectations
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of HIPAA regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CPR+ software
- Previous work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of insurance payor contract fee schedules
