Job Title: Administrative Accounts Payable clerk
Job Description
The administrative accounts payable clerk will be supporting the accounts payable team. This person will be responsible for maintaining the accounts payable inbox by managing incoming invoices and ensuring they are accurately uploaded into the system. This role includes opening, scanning, sorting, and filing mail, as well as conducting the verification process. This involves reviewing key pieces of each invoice, verifying accuracy, and assigning it to the appropriate cost center based on the GL code.

This is a fully on-site position in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
This position requires the candidate to work onsite every day in an open floor office setup. The individual will have their own desk, which joins with three other desks facing each other.
