Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day shift

The Clerical Administrative Assistant performs skilled receptionist and secretarial/clerical activities for Elder Place sites. This position is an IS Liaison for the site and a super user resource for staff for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other site-specific applications.

Required qualifications:

• Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position. Fingerprinting may be required also.
• 1 year of Front desk medical office and/or service-oriented non-profit experience.
• Basic computer literacy - i.e., copy/paste, printer installation, Microsoft familiarity etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accounts payable and cash handling experience.
