      Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced Wealth Management environment? Do you want to be part of a high performing team?

      We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to:
      • develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional client servicing
      • act as the main point of contact for processing client orders such as foreign exchange, wire payments, loans, and deposits
      • work closely with internal teams, including trading, portfolio management team, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve organizational goals
      • conduct account maintenance tasks and manage client-related procedures, including the opening and closing of accounts, supporting the client advisor with suitability assessment, and facilitating initial and ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence activities
      • assist client advisors with preparation for meetings and occasionally participate in client meetings

      Your team

      You’ll be working with the Toronto team. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

      Your expertise

      • minimum of 5 years of financial services experience within a client-facing team or equivalent commercial experience within the financial services industry
      • solid comprehension of financial products and solutions, including deposits, banking, brokerage, custody, investment, and credit products
      • effective relationship management skills, demonstrating situational awareness and the initiative to self-challenge or challenge others
      • sound judgment and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
      • proven ability for attention to detail and accuracy
      • strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas, and client issues with confidence
      • have CIM or CFA license otherwise expected to complete licensing requirements within 18-months of being hired
