What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new hospital business by targeting prospects and gathering market intelligence
- Expand the existing client base by aligning with clients' goals and providing consultative solutions
- Conduct proactive sales activities, including territory tours and attending conferences
- Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas through effective client management and new business acquisition
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and create compelling sales presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT sales or a quota-carrying B2B sales role
- Proven track record in prospecting and generating new business leads
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare IT industry, particularly with hospitals or large physician groups
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling complex healthcare IT solutions and engaging C-level executives
- Proficiency in sales tools and methodologies, such as Salesforce.com and Hubspot
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to drive initiatives
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions is a plus
