What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new hospital business by targeting prospects and gaining market intelligence
- Grow the existing client base by aligning with client goals and providing consultative solutions
- Conduct proactive sales activities, including territory tours, conferences, and product demonstrations
- Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas by balancing new business development and client management
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and create compelling sales presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT sales or a highly aggressive, quota-carrying B2B sales role
- Proven track record of success in prospecting and generating new leads
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare IT industry, specifically hospitals or large physician practice groups
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling complex healthcare IT solutions, with an ability to engage C-level executives
- Proficient in relevant sales tools and methodologies (e.g., Salesforce.com, Hubspot)
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions is a plus
