      Job Summary

      For our Greater Orlando, FL based Territory - As an Enterprise Sales Rep, you will serve as a dedicated representative in NetApp's enterprise accounts segment, working with both existing and new customers. Your primary responsibility is to leverage personal and professional networks to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and buyers at a target group of enterprise accounts. You will nurture these relationships to meet their needs and introduce NetApp's products: Core, Cloud Infrastructure Services, and Cloud Data Services. This position is based in Detroit, Michigan, according to the coverage model for this Sales District.

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Sell NetApp products and services into targeted accounts
      2. Leverage social and professional networks to identify and develop relationships within target accounts
      3. Create relationship maps within target accounts to expand relationships with buyers and influencers
      4. Collaborate with sales engineers on product targeting strategies based on customer industry and needs
      5. Nurture relationships and target upgrade/refresh cycles to capitalize on opportunities for product introduction or upgrades

      Note: This role requires living in the Greater Orlando Area.

      Job Requirements

      1. Experience in Data Center environments including Hybrid Cloud, Cloud Storage, Virtualization, Data Management, Storage, and Backup
      2. Ability to credibly discuss cloud-connected storage, PaaS, and IaaS
      3. Experience selling to technical audiences such as CIOs, CTOs, Cloud Architects, and others
      4. Self-motivated with proactive prospecting skills via phone, social media, email, or in person
      5. Ability to manage oneself with personal initiatives and metrics
      6. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
      7. Willingness to travel within the territory on short notice
      8. Ability to apply financial selling skills to proposals
      9. Additional skills include strong presentation abilities, collaboration, understanding of how technology solves business problems, and effective communication for decision-making
      10. Responsible for a specific geographic install base and medium to large accounts, possibly acting as a team leader
      11. Works with internal teams and has direct customer contact with minimal management direction
      12. Contributes proactively to sales efforts and may lead team projects

      Education

      Minimum of 8 years of enterprise sales experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
