What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, ensuring timely and accurate transaction closure
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Organize transaction details in relevant systems and provide timely updates to all parties involved
- Serve as the main point of contact for agents and clients during the closing process
- Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings with all deal parties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality assurance
