What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met

- Lead and manage innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain thorough documentation of innovation initiatives and provide updates to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation and client experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and client-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with innovation tools and technologies
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality

- Experience in project management within a technology consulting environment
- Familiarity with the latest trends in client experience and technology integration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Previous experience working in a remote team setting
