What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with clients by handling inquiries promptly and effectively within scheduled timelines
- Guide clients through the electronic signing of annual 5500 filings and maintain updated client records
- Consistently meet department Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for calls, emails, and client interactions
- Conduct proactive reminder calls to clients regarding required documentation and annual reports
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional support and assist with additional tasks as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and demonstrate great attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with a designated workspace and high-speed internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
- Proven ability to de-escalate situations and enhance client relationships
- Familiarity with the 401(k) filing process or related financial documentation
- Eager to learn and continuously improve, demonstrating a growth mindset
