      Hourly base pay rate is $21.11 - $31.68/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

      Job Description

      The Client Implementation Specialist II for HomeNet, is responsible for the configuration of new orders for clients (Partners, Brands, Dealers, LSPs etc.). This is not limited to, but primarily includes: data implementation(imports), data verification, syndication(exports) and front-line product support.

      They will also have the responsibility of recommending solutions and resolving problems for our clients based off their configuration in our system as it relates to other services, as well as troubleshooting, tracking, and documenting technical issues/configurations. They will maintain solid client relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Excellent communication and data entry skills are essential. They must be highly motivated and able to work as an individual and as part of a team.

      The Client Implementation Specialists play a vital role in the success of the Implementation department. They should be able to demonstrate an ability to understand product and channel differences, as well set up orders across all channels if called upon. They could also be SMEs in their given channel, as well as mentor newer Client Implementation Specialist II Team Members within their channel.

      What You'll Do

      • Demonstrated ability to actively participate and manage deliverables in a project.
      • Assist others with troubleshooting and issue resolution as necessary.
      • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes; focus on creativity to define new solutions.
      • Properly document and define customer tickets involving software and hardware.
      • Manage multiple account configurations through completion.
      • Knowledge of proper ticket and order documentation SOPs as well as best practices
      • Analyze current account conditions as well as client requests to effectively communicate recommendations and configure the account based on those recommendations.
      • Gather all necessary information for account configuration from the client or their third parties.
      • Imports - Configure and analyze inventory data in IOL based on client requirements. This includes using multiple data sources for a dealer and even possibly different data sources depending on the client ordering the data.
      • Exports - Configure exports, and work with clients and third party vendors to confirm proper distribution of inventory.
      • Familiarity with Relational Database structure
      • Become proficient with Data Transfer methodologies (FTP, API etc.)
      • Take ownership of customer inquiries and requests, including identifying issues and related information, obtaining and evaluating relevant data, formulating resolution, and responding in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Develop and conduct training as needed for internal and external customers on the proper and effective use of company software and internet-based products and services.
      • Ability to comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
      • Ability to effectively communicate via email, chat, phone and internal ticketing system.
      • Ability to effectively present information to customers, co-workers, supervisors on a one-on-one basis.
      • Show the flexibility necessary to adjust to changing/additional duties and responsibilities as the department and company changes.


      Who You Are

      • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years' experience in a related field
      • Requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change.
      • General knowledge of various computer applications including experience with: MS Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel).
      • Experience working in a team environment, multi-task, effectively solve problems in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and assist others as applicable.
      • A general knowledge of the following technologies: various web browsers (FF, IE, Chrome, etc.); SQL; XML; FTP; API; various Operating Systems (OS; Windows; Linux, etc.) is preferred BUT not required.
      • General knowledge of what a Relational Database and its structure is.
      • General knowledge of how websites interact with databases.


      Drug Testing

      To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.
