      As a Client Insights Manager, your primary focus will be to own and provide Client Analytics & Insights to the whole organization and support the global strategy to become more client-centric. ” Giuseppe –Head of CRM

      How you will leave your mark:

      • Design and maintain client KPI monitoring dashboards
      • Educate and evangelize HQ and local teams on the analytic tool’s adoption and KPI definitions
      • Respond to ad hoc analytics requests from HQ or local teams
      • Take on new analytic projects (lead scoring with predictive models, attribution, statistical analysis through surveys…)
      • Prepare reports for executive leadership to support client-centric and data-driven decision processes
      • Proactively find new data points and spot opportunities to engage in new analysis to feed into our client centric transformation strategy
      • Support the team to troubleshoot database issues (follow-up on IT tickets, fix coding errors, constantly work towards improving the sanity of the database)
      • Create appropriate documentation to allow internal and external stakeholders to replicate or take on additional work
      • You will coordinate with all internal stakeholders such as Retail, Digital, Marketing, IT & BI, Regions & Markets
      • You will report to the Head of CRM

      How you will experience success with us:

      • De gree in an analytical field or business with an analytical component
      • 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
      • SQL scripting experience is a must, R or Python are a plus
      • Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform and Looker experience are a plus
      • Data engineering skills are a plus.
      • Presentation skills - you know how to put your findings into comprehensive presentations and communicate your findings across all hierarchies
      • Proficiency in English
