What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Book patient appointments and convey detailed information regarding patient status
- Provide general information regarding routine, specialty, and emergency pet care
- Manage the flow of information between veterinary staff and clients
- Collaborate with all departments and interact with patients and clients
- Showcase excellent attention to detail and communication skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, medical reception, or phone-based client service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated, compassionate, positive, and organized individual
- Ability to work onsite as needed and live in commuting distance to the employer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of prior animal care experience
