Support the Client Account Director in all aspects of comms planning and account handling for two key UK clients; Kraft Heinz & Direct Line Group.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Dentsu network to service client needs
Manage junior members of team, overseeing their workloads and supporting their development
Support Client Account Director and Client Director on senior client relationships
Own relationships with middle and junior clients
Co-ordinate external agency stakeholders, building Carat’s client relationship at every step of the way
Support strategist in developing strategic vision across the portfolio and brands
Offline & Online Media planning experience from within an agency environment.
Proven data-led media planning with a passion for delivering exceptional and innovative media plans.
Confident communicator and presenter, able to build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and deliver in a high-pressure environment.
Experience managing financial aspects of client accounts including billing and reconciliation.
A curious and entrepreneurial mind with a focus on innovation.
This is a permanent role.
The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week.

We’re hiring for an Account Manager to join the team in our London Office
Purpose of the Role
The Account Manager will be responsible for planning across a variety of channels, including TV, digital, social, partnerships, activations, out-of-home; enabling the creation of truly holistic media plans. This is a client facing position, so it’s important for the Account Manager to identify with their client’s business objectives and to immerse themselves within their brands.
