      The Client Services department are looking to recruit an Outbound Client Manager to identify and maintain relationships with current and previous clients within our Central London, Sales and Lettings offices, offering excellent service and advice.

      Responsibilities

      • You will be responsible for growing our local market share by building relationships with potential Vendors and Landlords.
      • Build credibility with prospective clients by sharing market updates and discussing activity in the housing market both at a local and national level.
      • Utilising our database to build a pipeline of future business.
      • Deliver consistently exceptional service both to internal and external stakeholders.
      • Have good knowledge of Knight Frank service lines and cross-sell our services to clients where applicable.
      • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure they are being looked after appropriately
      • Demonstrate good knowledge of Knight Frank service lines and be able to cross-sell our services to clients where appropriate.
      • Adhere to the regulations and guidelines laid down in the Firm’s internal procedures at all times Personal skills and professional experience Team player
