- Salary range of $65,000.00 to $80,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Advisor Teams with completion of client paperwork and account setup for efficient onboarding
- Review and establish complete and accurate account records in Salesforce (CRM)
- Timely follow-up for client documents and submission of completed documents for review
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Advisor Teams and act as the main point of contact for client onboarding
- Document and implement best practices and ensure team members are trained on processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workflow
- Excellent written documentation and organizational skills
- Experience with relationship and change management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center and/or Fidelity Wealthscape
- Good problem-solving skills and positive solution-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and with deadlines
- Experience in training and mentoring junior team members
