What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with contractors and operators to ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist with billing and escalate issues as needed
- Answer incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
- Help customers with account setup and implementation
- Enhance user engagement with educational materials and onboarding flows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma and 2 years of billing or auditing experience
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- Typing 50wpm with 99% accuracy or Data Entry 8,000 KPH with 99% accuracy
- Auditing company compliance documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in DOT compliance
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol regulations
