Job Description

- Lead new client implementations
- Proactive tracking, execution, and communication of implementation steps across all stakeholders, internal and external
- Advocate for client success by creating client program performance reports and proactively identify strategies for improvement regularly with client
- Deliver the best client service and support by helping clients troubleshoot, triage, and resolve requests quickly and effectively
- Prepare frequent ad-hoc reports/analyses, troubleshooting for external 340B entity clients, business partners, and cross-functional internal teams (e.g. sales) as needed
- Provide feedback on product development as needed
- Act as the “voice” of the client to our sales, product development, and internal operations teams, to ensure the clients are supported and heard
- Report and present on our progress to various internal and external leadership
- 1+ year(s) of client-facing experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in client success type role. You’ve worked directly with a portfolio of clients to implement programs and ensure engagement success
- 4+ years of healthcare experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, you’re able to communicate with everyone from a Pharmacy Technician all the way up to the CEO of a client
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail - you are the kind of person who doesn’t let balls drop
- Ability to independently prioritize work, creatively and proactively problem-solve and deliver results when opportunities abound
- Strong communication and presentation skills, you’re able to communicate with everyone from a Pharmacy Technician all the way up to the CEO of a client
- Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, sense of urgency (and humor)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

The Client Operations Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships and successful programs from pre-launch, implementation, and through go-live for safety net hospitals and federally qualified health centers (FQHCs). The insight provided by the Client Operations Lead’s work will have a direct influence on client success and will inform how we drive growth and continuous improvement.
In this role, the successful candidate will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our internal team; helping to move things forward and provide consistent value to our clients. This means a willingness to both regularly take an eagle's-eye-view of the work to ensure projects meet deadlines and - at times - getting down into the weeds by performing daily tasks is required.
This is a substantial opportunity for someone looking for experience working in a fast-paced environment where you can see the impact of your work quickly - best-suited for someone who is both a meticulous detail-oriented do-er but also can take a step back and figure out how to continually improve processes to scale.
