      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support assigned Client Managers/Client Directors by managing renewal business, including generating quotes and validating service contracts
      - Provide excellent client service and communication, addressing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
      - Coordinate with Client Managers and Clients to explore upsell opportunities and negotiate pricing strategies
      - Manage maintenance contracts and asset tracking for clients, ensuring accuracy in order submissions
      - Act as a liaison between Client Managers and internal business units to facilitate smooth operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience
      - Two or more years of experience in a Business-to-Business Sales/Client Services role
      - Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Prior experience in Client Relationship Management software (CRM), with Salesforce.com experience preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience managing renewal contracts
      - Two years of experience in the technical or information technologies industry
      - Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external partners/clients
      - Superior organizational skills and independent judgment
      - Experience participating in corporate compliance training and operations improvements
