      You can be a part of our wonderful team! Navicore Solutions currently has open positions for Customer Service Client Relationship Specialist in our Customer Service Department. This is a full-time, remote position and all training is conducted remotely. All technological equipment is provided to employees by the organization.

      Schedule:
      • Regular shift: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST
      • Training shift: Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST


      Role Overview

      As a Customer Service Client Relationship Specialist, you will proactively engage with clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program to help ensure their success, improve client retention, and build lasting relationships. You will use a variety of communication methods to help clients stay on track with their payments, address billing issues, and educate them about the importance of maintaining program compliance.

      What You Will Do
      • Engage with clients via phone, email, letters, and text messages to encourage continued program participation.
      • Review accounts to identify and apply appropriate retention efforts.
      • Resolve billing concerns and collect payments in line with creditor guidelines and due dates.
      • Educate clients on the potential impact of missed or late payments.
      • Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements and rejected creditor proposals.
      • Report retention activities, customer interactions, and solutions to management.
      • Identify and escalate factors contributing to account delinquency.
      • Maintain professionalism while building positive client relationships.
      • Contribute to organizational improvement by documenting customer feedback and recommending solutions.


      Required Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
      • At least 2 years of collections or customer retention experience with a large customer base.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift while using headset to handle phone calls.
      • Ability to type 40 words per minute and perform basic math calculations.
