      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interface with M&R and IFP for issue resolution related to Pharmacy Benefits Management
      - Remediate inappropriately rejected claims and conduct root cause analysis
      - Manage projects and identify areas for improvement to proactively support clients
      - Confirm issues, document findings, request reports, and close the loop on inquiries
      - Maintain knowledge of RxClaims, Prior Authorization process, and Part D Transition policy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management
      - 2+ years of experience with issue resolution
      - 1+ years of experience with RxClaims
      - 1+ years of experience with the Prior Authorization process
      - Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in pharmacy claim processing
      - Prior work experience in a retail pharmacy setting
      - Demonstrated skills in process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, or evaluation of business processes
