- Lead and support a team of Account Managers and Coordinators, creating a performance-based, collaborative environment rooted in accountability and development
- Manage a partial book of commercial P&C clients, driving retention, renewals, and account growth
- Oversee renewal strategy, including market negotiations, remarketing, proposal development, and coverage recommendations
- Serve as an escalation point for complex client or service issues, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution
- Analyze exposures, loss history, and client operations to deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Partner closely with carriers, internal teams, and regional leadership to align service delivery with market strategy and client needs
- Monitor team KPIs (retention, turnaround time, documentation accuracy, service profitability) and adjust workflows as needed
- Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and best practices within the agency management system
- Share market insights, carrier feedback, and service trends with leadership to support continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, operations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in P&C with a carrier, broker, or consulting firm with a strong history of client service
- Experience leading and implementing new and improved P&C processes that include the development of measurable performance goals, metrics, and benchmarks is preferr
Active P&C license required
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage complex accounts and conversations
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, operations, or a related field
