      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to high call volumes addressing clients' debit and credit card needs and inquiries
      - Process debit and credit card maintenance requests, including status changes and emergency card orders
      - Monitor and maintain debit card temporary limit cases daily
      - Serve as an escalation point for any debit card issues from Client Services or Retail Teams
      - Assist with special projects and communicate process improvements to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years in the financial services industry or relevant experience
      - Previous customer service experience is required
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
      - Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
      - Proven accuracy and integrity of work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous debit or credit card experience preferred
      - Ability to adapt and respond quickly to change or new information
      - Experience navigating multiple banking systems
