What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide benefit plan and eligibility information, and assist with billing and claims
- Manage gift card call center, email inbox, and external ticket system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adequate staffing and coordinate schedules
- Assist with special projects, research, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage various inquiries related to gift cards and inventory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, benefits, human resources, or related fields
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for client location visits
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with excellent communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in benefits administration preferred
- Life and Health License required or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
