      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide day-to-day support for member/employee inquiries regarding benefits and claims issues
      - Respond to employee requests in a timely and accurate manner through various communication channels
      - Process eligibility for new hires and terminations, and manage communications with carriers
      - Run reports in benefits administration systems and assist with billing audits
      - Ensure documentation of all interactions and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of applicable job experience
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm
      - Familiarity with insurance carrier websites
      - Proven track record in customer service
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Familiarity with database applications
