What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions in line with customer needs and defined metrics for data entry, productivity, and quality
- Develop technical understanding of client solutions and their features
- Use tools, reports, and metrics to proactively monitor and analyze data, providing visibility into statuses
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to meet client expectations
- Align company and client data through reconciliation and system checks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and reconciliation across sources or platforms
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Must have a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload

- Experience working in a client services or analyst role within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with data entry processes and productivity metrics
