What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing service and support requests from business partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries related to claims processing, eligibility, and benefits administration
- Maintain organization within email, ticketing, and reporting systems
- Initiate and lead interactions with internal teams and business partners through various communication channels
- Assist in identifying operational issues and inefficiencies to support continuous improvement efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, project management, healthcare administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years in a B2B client service role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the PBM industry, with a solid understanding of pharmacy benefit strategies preferred
- Strong keyboard and navigation skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SFTP tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Atlassian Collaboration Software (Confluence, Jira)
- Background in software-based front-end user support
- Familiarity with navigating and converting various types of data files
