      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute comprehensive analyses of multifamily budget underwritings and research market trends
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication
      - Collaborate with the Client Services team to implement the corporate client relations program
      - Assist in preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and financial analyses
      - Participate in industry-sponsored events and collaborate on external advertising and outreach

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year college or university strongly preferred
      - Minimum of two years of experience in a B2B sales role
      - Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
      - High degree of proficiency in Excel and Word
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the residential housing sector strongly preferred
      - Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with networking and persuasion skills
      - Proven ability to align with the employer’s Mindsets
      - Availability to travel as needed
