      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive analysis of multifamily budget underwritings and market research
      - Represent the employer at industry forums and build connections within the network
      - Establish and maintain effective communication with new and existing clients
      - Collaborate with the Client Services team on corporate client relations programs
      - Assist in preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and financial analyses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year college or university strongly preferred
      - Minimum of two years of experience in a B2B sales role
      - Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
      - High proficiency in Excel and Word
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the residential housing sector strongly preferred
      - Entrepreneurial spirit with strong networking and persuasion skills
      - Proven ability to demonstrate the employer's Mindsets
      - Good team collaboration skills essential for success
      - Willingness to travel as needed
