Job Description

- Currently enrolled in a Business, Finance or Marketing focused Bachelors’ Degree Program as a Freshman, Sophomore or Junior
- You have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- You can prioritize and use initiative, pay attention to detail and work to tight deadlines
- You can multi-task and work in a customer centric, fast-paced environment
- You have strong time-management abilities with a proven ability to work as part of a successful team
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- You have a keen interest in the Fund Administration Industry
- Enthusiasm to learn
- Learn the different propriety systems used to prepare reports and daily tasks
- Support the team in helping prepare daily tasks
- Learn the processes/policies and how Service Level Agreements are met
- Conduct research of prospects in relevant markets
- Work with all team members to expand your knowledge of Citco, the financial services industry and the different terminology used
- Assist with other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
