      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through the Call Center
      - Educate users on product features and benefits while resolving their issues effectively
      - Handle a high volume of calls daily, ranging from 25 to 50
      - Document customer interactions using CRM software and submit support tickets
      - Troubleshoot various customer issues, including login problems and transaction failures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Prior experience in healthcare (payer or administrative side), IT (preferably in a Data Analyst role), or call center
      - Technical proficiency and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
      - Typing proficiency of 45+ words per minute and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in communication or technology
      - Familiarity with EDI and/or ANSI 5010 X12
      - Prior experience using Salesforce
      - Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
