      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Senior Client Executive in producing and retaining profitable business in the Large Group segment
      - Interact with consultants, brokers, and benefit administrators to achieve business objectives
      - Conduct group educational meetings with members and prospective members
      - Maintain accuracy of prospect and customer data, including quoting, proposals, and compliance adherence
      - Demonstrate knowledge of health insurance products and basic underwriting principles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4 years of related experience
      - Must obtain a Life and Health Insurance License within 90 days of hire
      - Driver's License required
      - Experience in business acumen, customer relations, or a related field
      - Preferred experience in Group Insurance for Large Groups (151+ eligible employees)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within managed care or health plans
      - Familiarity with commercial products, including employee-owned and employer-sponsored plans
      - Previous experience conducting educational meetings or presentations
