What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Broker relations, National New Pharmacy sales, and Pharmacy Growth strategy teams
- Develop and deepen relationships within the Pharmacy Consultant Relations space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution
- Create proactive deal strategies and approaches for consultant template deals
- Provide oversight of special projects and operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or PharmD highly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare/pharmacy benefit management industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detailed understanding of pharmacy supply chain economics
- Strong leadership competencies and a documented track record of success
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
