What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Coach and develop a team of account managers to deliver exceptional client service
- Monitor account performance and ensure no missed touches on client interactions
- Develop and implement strategies for client success, including health ratings and NPS improvement
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote client referrals through testimonials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years in client success or account leadership roles, with at least 2+ years managing teams in a B2B or talent-focused company
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and deliver results across multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating clarity and empathy in all interactions
- Strategic mindset with the ability to set direction and overcome obstacles
- Strong focus on client growth and identifying upsell opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with client success metrics and performance indicators
- Background in talent management or recruitment
- Proven track record of achieving high NPS scores
