      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for clients on all support inquiries and respond to support tickets
      - Provide seamless migration and onboarding experiences for new users and organizations
      - Propose and set up client-specific solutions based on regional needs and collaborate with the global team
      - Deliver technical training sessions and demos to grow client understanding and appreciation of the software
      - Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring they are informed about the latest functionalities and assisting with license renewals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
      - Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geology; Master’s in Science is preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering customer data solutions in a geotechnical, geospatial, or civil engineering domain
      - Strong technical background, preferably in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or geology
      - Proficiency in helpdesk and support ticketing software is preferable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated passion for digital solutions and technology trends
      - Knowledge of GeoDin or similar geotechnical software applications
      - Willingness to travel within the region for client visits and product demonstrations
