      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Associate Principal or Senior Client Success Manager to identify opportunities that impact revenue goals
      - Consult with clients on planning, execution, and analysis of tailored engagement strategies
      - Develop and execute plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets related to member engagement
      - Lead client engagement initiatives and develop onsite and virtual events to increase engagement
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to urgent client requests and manage internal projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in client success, marketing, or member experience
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
      - Exceptional communication skills conducive to driving outcomes with clients
      - Ability to build relationships and partnerships both internally and externally
      - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

      - Experience in consumer health technology
      - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships
      - Outstanding creative thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
