      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain high-quality client data records from business development through project closeout
      - Administer client account and project document processes for timely execution
      - Coordinate early-stage client engagement logistics, including scheduling meetings and proposal reviews
      - Review business development pipeline opportunities to ensure readiness for project launch
      - Provide general administrative support to client-facing leadership, including reporting and internal correspondence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of client operations experience or in a sales support role
      - BA/BS in a related field
      - Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce and HubSpot preferred)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
