What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients ranging from LMS providers to Corporate and Government accounts
- Understand and communicate complex technical solutions to highly technical customers
- Renew existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Learn about customer needs and how to best assist them with software products
- Help shape the approach to client success/account management within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for developing relationships and excellent communication skills
- Stellar organizational skills to manage multiple contacts and contracts
- Comfort with technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies
- Endless curiosity and willingness to ask questions to learn more
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in client success or account management roles
- Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and cmi5
