      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive client retention and growth by enhancing product integration and relationships within nursing programs
      - Meet annual territory retention and growth goals while managing individual account KPIs
      - Build and maintain deep relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their success
      - Conduct active assessments of client risk and communicate findings to management
      - Manage the complete post-sale client experience, ensuring process improvement and issue resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree and/or 3+ years of successful customer service/sales experience with a track record of client retention and growth
      - Previous experience in nursing higher education, EdTech, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt strategies based on client needs
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions
      - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot

      - Experience in the nursing or healthcare education sectors
      - Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments while achieving revenue goals
