      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver outstanding customer support across all QS products and services in the USA and Canada
      - Represent the full product portfolio with North American clients throughout the service life cycle
      - Ensure exceptional partner experiences to retain and grow client accounts
      - Coordinate product/campaign delivery and client support as the primary contact for external partners
      - Manage account onboarding, set-up, and ongoing administration in collaboration with service delivery areas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Significant experience in a customer support and/or university administrative role
      - Knowledge and experience of recruiting international students to US institutions
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Understanding of student recruitment and challenges faced by universities or business schools
      - Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new software packages

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the student recruitment market for North America
      - Experience in writing and managing internal processes
      - Experience in complex multi-product sales and service environments
