What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular outreach and communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Deliver impactful presentations to clients, showcasing the value of products and services
- Track and manage contractual commitments, ensuring timely delivery of services
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years in a client-facing role
- Must reside in California
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working at or with health plans, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry
- Proactive and responsive with strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction
