What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively engage existing clients to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with sales to improve client outcomes and grow revenue
- Manage client communications regarding academic cycles, headcounts, utilization, and enrollments
- Support sales with quote input, order status tracking, and CRM maintenance
- Assist with service tickets for advanced technical issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of prior customer-related work experience
- Proven experience in customer experience management or a related field
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
