      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to client issues, providing troubleshooting, training, or other assistance as needed
      - Conduct first-level troubleshooting to identify causes and document scenarios clearly
      - Manage ticketing processes by prioritizing, resolving, and documenting client issues
      - Test software bug fixes and enhancements prior to client notifications
      - Maintain clear communication with clients and the internal team to ensure expectations are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, client-facing, or account management roles, preferably in SaaS
      - Strong communication skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels
      - Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce or other issue reporting and tracking systems is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred but not required
      - Familiarity with software troubleshooting and client support processes
