      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to client issues, providing troubleshooting, training, or other assistance
      - Conduct first-level troubleshooting to identify causes and document scenarios
      - Manage ticketing processes by prioritizing, resolving, and documenting client issues
      - Test client-identified software bug fixes and enhancements before client notifications
      - Maintain clear communication with clients and within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, client-facing, or account management roles, preferably in SaaS
      - Good communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels
      - Experience with Jira and Salesforce or other issue reporting and tracking systems is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with SaaS platforms and field service management software
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
