What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to an assigned client base
- Process HR, Benefit, Timekeeping, and Payroll changes for clients as needed
- Manage and resolve incoming support issues via phone and ticket queues
- Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers through various channels
- Audit and process high-volume payroll for full-service clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years previous customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to sit for 8 hours a day, using keyboard and phone consistently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the Payroll/HR industry
- Experience with other HCM systems such as isolved, Millennium, or ADP Workforce Now
- Experience with processing high-volume Certified and/or Union Payroll
- Multi-FEIN and Multi-State payroll processing experience
- Service bureau experience (processing/supporting multiple clients)
