      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Level 2 support for the SMB Direct portfolio, including client solution penetration, education, and issue resolution ownership
      - Support the retention and growth of the SMB Direct portfolio and maintain overall relationships with clients
      - Resolve simple inquiries and facilitate resolution for moderate to complex inquiries through coordination with customers and internal teams
      - Work with small to medium-sized accounts to deepen the penetration of Fiserv products and services
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and provide relevant industry information and training to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, business development, or relationship management, with payment processing experience
      - High School diploma or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
      - Analytical skills and understanding of industry metrics and trends
      - Knowledge of payment processing, Fiserv's products, platforms, systems, and operational areas preferred
      - Availability to work until 6 PM, as required by the department's hours
