      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound support requests regarding technical questions and life insurance application inquiries within established SLA time frames
      - Process client policy modifications accurately based on provided data
      - Verify new customer coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
      - Build and maintain strong business relationships with brokers to meet or exceed sales goals for assigned areas
      - Address agent escalations and support the development team in launching new insurance products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of client support experience
      - Must have life insurance experience
      - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize based on urgency
      - Excellent writing and communication skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with live chat support and managing a high volume of chat and email inquiries
      - Proven problem-solving abilities and resilience in challenging situations
      - Skills in recognizing patterns in inquiries for documentation and improvement
