What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound support requests regarding technical questions and life insurance application inquiries within specified SLA time frames
- Address escalations from agents and carrier requests
- Communicate effective solutions to clients accurately based on provided data
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key members of distributors and carriers
- Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with management to improve processes and support the development team in launching new insurance products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have life insurance experience
- Minimum of 1 year of client support experience
- Experience managing high volumes of live chat and email inquiries
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize based on urgency
- Exceptional writing skills and ability to provide friendly customer service
