What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer customer phone calls professionally, providing the highest level of service
- Act as a liaison with other Operations departments to obtain the necessary information to respond to customer inquiries or resolve customer issues
- Respond to customer email inquiries promptly and address inquiries from start to finish
- Assign resources for process service needs and follow through until completion
- Act as backup to the office coordinator, cover the office/front desk as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have 3 years of relevant work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior administrative/office experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a legal or customer service environment is preferred
